Weploy is seeking an Account Manager in Sydney to manage and grow a portfolio of tradie clients on a leading online platform for trades and home services. You’ll drive client success, optimise marketing campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI through strategic guidance and hands-on support.

You will thrive in a target-driven environment, building strong relationships, analysing performance, and expanding usage of Weploy’s product suite with high-value customers across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service.
• Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and drive growth.
• Familiarity with online marketing, lead generation, and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of tradie clients with focus on growth, engagement and retention.
• Provide strategic advice to maximise campaign performance and ROI.
• Educate customers on best practices for online marketing and lead generation.
• Run onboarding calls for new clients to maximise campaign setup and value.
• Handle inbound client inquiries and build lasting relationships.
• Execute outbound campaigns to upgrade clients to higher-tier plans.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support retention efforts with proactive engagement and calls when needed.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs.
