hipages is Australia’s leading digital platform connecting homeowners with trusted tradies. As an Account Manager on our Sales team, you will be the critical contact for a portfolio of 600+ tradie customers, helping them maximise value from subscriptions through high-volume phone-based activity.

This role focuses on daily targets, upselling, renewals and negotiating flexible payment plans, with opportunities to grow your skills, earn uncapped commission and benefit from a supportive,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar high-volume phone sales role.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, driven and target-oriented.
• Visa 417 holders encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 600+ tradie customers.
• Hit daily revenue targets through upselling and renewals.
• Renew contracts before expiry and identify upgrade opportunities.
• Negotiate payment plans that suit customers and the business.
• Keep Salesforce updated with customer insights.
