Job summary

Programmed is seeking an Account Manager in Sydney, based at Seven Hills, to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts while delivering outstanding service. You will be the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence and account growth.

This role focuses on strengthening relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the smooth and compliant delivery of staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or staffing.
• Proven compliance controls background.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Able to plan, prioritise, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to meet revenue and service targets.
• Deliver high-level customer service through regular site visits, issue resolution, and proactive relationship management.
• Develop account management plans, ensuring adherence to SLAs and commercial objectives.
• Promote Programmed’s full suite of services and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Support onboarding of new clients in line with compliance and company procedures.
• Monitor site activity, fill rates, and timesheet accuracy to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) to deliver quality outcomes.
