Job summary

Staff Australia is expanding and seeking a dedicated Account Manager/BDM to support and grow our client accounts across the Western Sydney region. You will build strong relationships, understand workforce needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions while maintaining service excellence.

This role focuses on managing existing accounts, identifying opportunities, and maintaining CRM records, with hybrid onsite/remote work options and a culture of development and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous account management or sales experience required.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn is key.
• A valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility with working hours to accommodate clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume accounts and achieve targets.
• Collaborative, team-focused mindset.
• Enjoy meeting people on the road and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of long-term client accounts with exceptional service delivery.
• Partner with clients to understand workforce needs, forecast labour requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct client inductions, site visits, toolbox talks and workforce planning meetings to maintain service quality.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and monitor performance.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company policies.
