Job summary

IPF Digital Australia is seeking an innovative Partnerships Manager to identify, develop and manage strategic alliances that drive growth and strengthen market position. You’ll build high-impact partnerships, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to maximise value and ensure alignment with Credit24’s objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll lead pipeline development, onboarding, performance optimization, and cross-functional coordination to deliver durable

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing partnerships in a B2B2C space.
• Experience building and expanding sales pipelines to drive growth.
• Experience implementing partnership strategies within financial services (preferred).
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of sustainable agreements.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing partner relationships and optimise performance.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to support growth.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration with internal teams.
• Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations with partners.
• Monitor budgets, ROI, and reporting on partner performance.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Legal and Compliance to deliver value.
