Job summary

IPF Digital Australia is seeking a Partnerships Manager to identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth and strengthen market position. You will build high-impact alliances, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and optimise partner value through performance, processes and new opportunities.

You will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing and work with Product, Credit Risk and Tech teams to ensure alignment with Credit24 growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in day-to-day management of partnerships in B2B2C space.
• Experience in building and expanding sales pipeline to drive sustainable growth.
• Skilled in executing partnership strategies within financial services (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills; track record of innovative partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and optimize performance.
• Identify and convert new partnership opportunities to support growth.
• Coordinate onboarding and cross-functional collaboration for integrations.
• Monitor budgets and performance, providing regular ROI reporting.
