Job summary

IPF Digital Australia, trading as Credit24, seeks a Partnerships Manager to identify, develop and manage high-impact partnerships that drive growth and strengthen market position. You will collaborate across internal teams to maximise partner value and lead negotiations for new opportunities.

You will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing and work with Product, Credit Risk and Technology to ensure cohesive partner strategies and successful integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in day-to-day management of partnerships in B2B2C space.
• Experience in building and expanding sales pipeline to drive growth.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience with financial services partnerships preferred.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned partners and drive performance.
• Monitor partnership performance, lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities and develop the pipeline.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration activities with Technology, Risk, Product, Legal and Marketing.
• Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions with partners.
• Provide regular reporting and forecasts on partner performance.
