Job summary

IPF Digital Australia, trading as Credit24, is seeking a proactive Partnerships Manager to identify, develop and manage partnerships that fuel growth and strengthen market position. You will build strategic alliances, manage current partners, and drive performance through cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, Product, Credit Risk and Technology to ensure aligned, value-driven partnerships and scalable implementations across Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in day-to-day management of partnerships in B2B2C space.
• Experience building and expanding sales pipelines to drive growth.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure sustainable agreements.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and monitor performance.
• Identify and convert new partnership opportunities to drive growth.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration with internal teams (Tech, Risk, Product, Legal, Marketing).
• Provide accurate reporting on partner performance and ROI.
