Job summary

98 Gym is looking for a capable Gym Manager to lead daily operations at Neutral Bay, ensuring top member experience and strong team leadership. You will drive membership growth, retention and revenue while coordinating sales and marketing to meet strategic targets.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, members and external contractors, uphold brand standards and report performance to the owner on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team, ideally in fitness.
• A strong coach. You'll coach at least 12 hours a week.
• A sales and business mindset.
• Cert III & IV in Fitness, current First Aid & CPR.
• Hapana experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the gym and uphold standards.
• Lead, develop and give feedback to coaching team.
• Report weekly performance to owner.
• Manage staff, members, facility and external contractors.
• Drive membership growth, retention, revenue and member experience.
• Coordinate sales and marketing to hit strategic goals.
• Run systems for memberships, scheduling and sales in Hapana.
