Job summary

Responsibilities

• Run the gym day-to-day and uphold 98's standards.
• Lead, develop and provide feedback to the coaching team.
• Hit membership targets and manage sales & marketing.
• Manage staff, members, facility and external contractors.
• Report weekly to the owner on performance.
• Ensure facility is clean, stocked and well maintained.
