Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day gym operations to ensure a welcoming, professional environment.
• Drive membership growth through local networking, marketing and community engagement.
• Build relationships with current and prospective members to maximise retention and referrals.
• Identify opportunities to increase membership sales and promote services.
• Create social media content and local promotions to strengthen brand awareness.
• Support and motivate team members to foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Monitor performance metrics and take initiative to improve results.
• Resolve member inquiries professionally to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain gym quality, cleanliness, equipment and safety standards.
• Manage gym systems, reporting and administrative processes efficiently.
