Snap Fitness Casula seeks an experienced Club Manager to lead all gym operations, drive member satisfaction and business results. You will oversee daily facilities, staff performance, budgets and safety compliance to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment.

As a leader you’ll recruit, train and develop the team, implement retention strategies, manage marketing initiatives to attract new members, and liaise with senior management on performance metrics

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in gym or fitness club management or similar leisure facility management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff teams.
• Demonstrated experience in driving membership growth and implementing successful retention strategies.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to fitness facilities and the ability to ensure compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills and a member-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all daily operations of the gym club, including facility management, maintenance and safety compliance
• Manage and lead the gym staff team, including recruitment, training, performance management and development
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones through exceptional service
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and work towards achieving revenue targets and profitability goals
• Ensure all health, safety and compliance standards are met, including risk management and duty of care obligations
• Create and maintain a positive gym culture that promotes member engagement, satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage member relations, handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to increase membership and facility utilisation
• Liaise with senior management on performance metrics, strategic initiatives and business development opportunities
• Maintain equipment standards and coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility condition
