Job summary

Maggie Marilyn is seeking an experienced E-commerce & Digital Manager to own our Shopify store and drive online growth. The role combines commercial focus with hands-on optimisation of the customer journey, merchandising and conversion strategies across paid, CRM and SEO.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Brand & Communications, Production & Operations, translating product and campaign plans into an exceptional digital experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading e-commerce and digital trading for fashion/retail brands.
• Proven ability to grow online revenue, conversions and AOV.
• Strong understanding of Shopify and site merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Own online revenue and digital trading performance.
• Trade site day-to-day against revenue targets.
• Optimise product presentation, navigation and content.
• Manage external development agency and site updates.
• Drive digital growth across paid media, CRM and SEO.
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand & Communications and Operations.
