Job summary

Beerenberg is seeking an experienced Digital & E-commerce Manager to steer growth across our online store and D2C channel. You will lead the transformation, optimise the customer journey and drive commercial outcomes from first click to final delivery.

You will own the ecommerce roadmap, work with agencies and partners, and analyse data to uncover growth opportunities. A strong Shopify background and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce operator with experience growing online sales.
• Strong Shopify knowledge and platform fluency.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional delivery capability.
• Solid digital marketing understanding, including lifecycle and acquisition.
• Commercial, data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience coordinating with external partners and agencies.
• Understanding of fulfilment and 3PL partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead major online store transformation and ecommerce growth initiatives.
• Drive customer experience enhancements from first click to delivery.
• Own the ecommerce roadmap, identify opportunities and implement new functionality.
• Manage agency partners and external suppliers to deliver results.
• Analyse performance metrics and customer data to optimise growth.
• Oversee fulfilment and liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute lifecycle communications and campaigns.
