Job summary

Loco Love is seeking a Digital Performance Specialist to own the growth of our digital ecosystem—from paid acquisition and Shopify to CRM, loyalty and CRO. You will report to the Head of Marketing and sit at the intersection of brand and performance to drive measurable growth for both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels.

Bring 4–5 years in ecommerce/digital marketing, a track record of revenue growth, and strong experience across paid social, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Shopify and Klaviyo.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
• Proven revenue growth through digital channels.
• Strong experience with paid social, Google Ads, SEO and SEM.
• Hands-on Shopify merchandising and optimisation.
• Klaviyo experience for CRM and retention.
• Experience with Yotpo loyalty platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across Meta and Google.
• Drive DTC growth, optimise CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV.
• Own Shopify store merchandising and functionality.
• Lead CRO and A/B testing.
• Grow CRM and loyalty programs.
• Turn data into creative briefs and testing frameworks.
• Own digital measurement and reporting across Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, ads.
• Support wholesale growth through digital activity.
• Test new channels like TikTok and Pinterest.
