Job summary

iNGENu CRO is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by forging strategic partnerships and expanding the client portfolio across Oceania, APAC and North America. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and lead a high-performance BD team, aligning proposals with client needs and company capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or related field.
• At least 4 years' BD or sales experience in a CRO.
• Deep knowledge of the clinical research process and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong pharma/biotech network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy with the CRO leadership.
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to drive BD activities.
• Identify and attend conferences across Oceania, APAC and North America to build client leads.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers to promote services and capabilities.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and negotiations to close new business deals.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and marketing to align proposals and contracts with capabilities and client needs.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales targets to measure progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
• Lead and manage a team of business development professionals.
• Ensure BD activities are conducted ethically and in line with policies and standards.
