Job summary

iNGENu CRO is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and client acquisition across Oceania, APAC and North America. You will work with the Chief Revenue Officer to expand the client portfolio and ensure proposals meet client needs.

You will collaborate with Revenue Operations, finance, and marketing, manage budgets and forecasts, and lead discussions with key stakeholders to close new business. Travel to industry events is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development or sales in a CRO
• Knowledge of the clinical research process and regulatory guidelines
• Strong network in pharma/biotech and ability to convert leads to partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy with the Chief Revenue Officer to achieve revenue growth for iNGENu CRO
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in pharma/biotech to expand the client portfolio
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations Manager to drive BD activities
• Attend conferences and events in Oceania, APAC, and North America to build client leads
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to promote services
• Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and marketing to align proposals with client needs
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and sales targets to measure progress
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape
• Lead a team of BD professionals to support company growth
• Ensure BD activities meet ethical standards and company policies
