You’ll coach and mentor staff, manage risk and compliance, partner with local businesses, and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Seasoned personal lender or Branch Manager with financial services background.
• Ability to coach and mentor a high-performing team.
• Strong focus on customer service, risk, and compliance.
