Job summary

Zoom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Queensland Hamilton operation. You’ll drive growth, manage an established client portfolio and coach a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional service.

Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, you’ll balance commercial development with quality recruitment, oversee compliance and WHS, and work with national leadership to achieve branch objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in recruitment agency or labour hire operations.
• Strong business development track record with ability to win new clients.
• Ability to balance branch leadership with hands-on account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local team to extend capabilities and achieve potential.
• Drive new business development through prospecting, networking and converting opportunities.
• Manage a small client portfolio, maintain relationships and ensure quality recruitment.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand presence.
• Oversee recruitment operations, workforce management, compliance and WHS.
• Monitor branch performance and implement practical improvements.
• Collaborate with national leadership on broader objectives.
