Job summary

Are Media is seeking a commercially minded Head of Consumer Growth to shape growth across our portfolio of leading Australian brands. You will define and drive the consumer growth agenda, turning audience insights into tangible opportunities and revenue.

Reporting to the Director of Content and Consumer Growth, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, build business cases, and partner with Product, Marketing, Data and Commercial to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong consumer growth experience across media, publishing or ecommerce.
• Exceptional strategic and commercial acumen with market sizing and business case skills.
• Deep understanding of digital consumer behaviour: acquisition, retention, subscriptions.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional delivery.
• Curious, collaborative and commercially focused with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive Are Media's consumer growth strategy across our brands.
• Develop compelling consumer propositions and growth iterations.
• Define growth opportunities using data, experiments and insights.
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives with Content, Product, Marketing, Data and Commercial teams.
