Are Media is seeking a commercially minded Head of Consumer Growth to shape growth across our iconic brands. You’ll translate audience insights into compelling propositions and drive opportunities across subscriptions, memberships, content experiences and e-commerce.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with Content, Product, Marketing and Data to deliver measurable growth, influencing senior stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong consumer growth experience within media, publishing, digital content, ecommerce or audience-led business.
• Exceptional strategic and commercial acumen with market sizing, modelling and business-case development.
• Deep understanding of digital consumer behaviour, including acquisition, lifecycle, subscriptions and retention.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.

• Shape and drive Are Media's consumer growth strategy, identify market opportunities and prioritise initiatives.
• Develop propositions across brands, translating audience needs into products, experiences and memberships.
• Define growth opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention and monetisation using data and experimentation.
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives with Content, Product, Marketing, Data and Commercial teams.
