Sharp & Carter's client is seeking a senior growth marketer to lead a new growth function across a diverse product portfolio in Australia. You will translate customer insights into growth opportunities, aligning strategies with commercial priorities and building a structured test-and-learn program.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across growth marketing and related areas.
• Experience building growth pipelines, opportunity backlogs and test-and-learn programs.
• Proven track record improving acquisition, conversion, engagement or retention across digital channels.
• Strong analytical capability with customer data, segmentation and measurement frameworks.
• Understanding of customer journeys, personalisation and first-party data.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Proven people leadership and coaching capability.

Responsabilités

• Develop growth strategy and roadmap translating priorities into initiatives across acquisition, conversion, cross-sell, retention and engagement.
• Identify and prioritise growth opportunities using analytics and commercial data.
• Coordinate owned digital channels and marketing activity for coordinated engagement across web/app/email/CRM.
• Collaborate with analytics and product marketing to define audience segments and messaging.
• Improve targeting, personalisation, and customer journeys to align with business goals.
• Work with digital and performance marketing to connect owned and paid activity.
• Establish a test-and-learn approach with hypotheses and success criteria.
• Build relationships across product, digital, data and marketing teams to align priorities.
