You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, manage CRM, deliver quotes, and work with suppliers to expand market presence. A proactive, independent professional with 2+ years sales experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (construction industry preferred).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Building long-term relationships with builders, tilers, contractors and trade customers.
• Providing product advice and tailored solutions.
• Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities.
• Working closely with suppliers and internal teams.
• Managing warehouse product sales and stock promotions.
• Achieving sales targets and business KPIs.
