Rinnai Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a driven sales professional to grow the Residential HVAC business across Western Australia. You will expand the dealer network, implement strategies, and manage key customer relationships to drive revenue and brand awareness.

Formación

• Proven business development, account management or sales experience.
• HVAC, electrical, trade, building products or related industry experience highly regarded.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and customer management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout WA.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and expand the Residential HVAC dealer network and electrical trade store channel across WA.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and alternative channels to market.
• Deliver product training, support product launches and drive customer engagement.
• Work closely with the National Marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.
• Prepare customer proposals, pricing agreements and business plans.
• Provide regular sales reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
