Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Account Managers and Internal Technical Sales Support.
• Monitor sales performance to meet budgets.
• Engage with Contractors and Consulting engineers on major deals.
• Provide technical and sales support for Chilled Water products and software.
• Ensure selected systems meet purpose and contractual requirements.
• Coach Applied team to improve tender win rate.
• Produce monthly sales program and objectives reports.
