Job summary

ARTEMUS Group is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join our team, supporting group bookings across Manly Wharf and Howard Smith Wharves venues. You will report to the Group Reservations and VIP Manager and drive revenue by managing inbound and outbound group enquiries, ensuring a seamless booking experience across iconic locations.

We’re looking for at least 2 years in reservations, experience in fast-paced hospitality, and SevenRooms proficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in a reservations department across multiple venues.
Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
Proficiency with SevenRooms.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound group booking enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Manage the group booking process end-to-end from enquiry to confirmation and handover to operations.
Conduct site inspections with potential clients, delivering a polished and informative experience.
Prepare proposals, event briefs, and booking confirmations in line with brand standards.
Upsell venue features, packages, and add-ons to maximise revenue per booking.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, leads, and client communication using the CRM system and SevenRooms.
Collaborate with venue managers and kitchen teams to ensure operational readiness and accurate event delivery.
Assist with general reservations duties when required, working as part of the wider team.
