Job summary

The Apollo Restaurant Group is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to join our HQ team in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for guests, manage bookings and group reservations, and support event planning across our venues.

With weekend availability and a passion for hospitality, you’ll collaborate with venue teams to ensure seamless service and memorable experiences for every guest. This role offers growth within the group and generous staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant reservations or host roles (ideally with SevenRooms).
• A genuine love of hospitality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and group bookings.
• Coordinate group bookings and support venue teams with pre-service communication.
• Assist with event planning and liaise with front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
