Job summary

The Apollo Restaurant Group is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to join our HQ team in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for guests, manage bookings and group reservations, and support event planning across our venues.

With weekend availability and a passion for hospitality, you’ll collaborate with venue teams to ensure seamless service and memorable experiences for every guest. This role offers growth within the group and generous staff discounts.

• Experience in restaurant reservations or host roles (ideally with SevenRooms).

The Apollo Group is a collective of celebrated restaurants across Sydney, Brisbane and Tokyo, including The Apollo, The Apollo Ginza, Cho Cho San, Olympus Dining, Greca and Yoko Dining, with two ecxiting new venues opening at Wunderlich Lane in Surry Hills this October. We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Reservations Coordinator to join our HQ team. The role:
