Shangri-La The Marina, Cairns is seeking a Group Reservations Agent to join our Sales and Marketing team. You will coordinate and oversee the administration for all group bookings, working closely with the Revenue Manager and Sales team.

The role requires exemplary written and verbal communication, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Prior reservations/front office experience and Opera PMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Undertake all group reservation tasks such as actioning release backs, follow up deposit schedules and loading rooming lists.
• Ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
• Fast and accurate data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage your time and multitask to ensure deadlines and timeframes are met.
• Exceptional telephone technique and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a Reservations/Front Office Management (preferred).
• Experience using Opera PMS (preferred).

Responsabilités

At Shangri-La, The Marina, Cairns, we have an excellent opportunity for aGroup Reservations Agentto join our Sales and Marketing team.
