Job summary

Harbour Hospitality is seeking a Group Accommodation Operations Manager - Head of Hotels to lead strategic and operational management of our hotel portfolio across Sydney, NSW. You will drive occupancy, ADR and RevPAR, oversee front office, housekeeping and guest reputation, and report weekly to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior hotel, accommodation, rooms division, revenue or multi-site hospitality operations experience.
• Understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, channel mix and room-yield controls.
• Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, guest reputation and accommodation compliance.
• Experience holding managers accountable through scorecards, action registers and operating cadence.
• Proficiency in PMS and channel managers.
• Experience driving operational improvements across a hotel portfolio.
• Commercial literacy across labour, margins and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accommodation operations across multiple hotel assets, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Manage occupancy, ADR and RevPAR performance and channel mix strategies.
• Direct front office, reservations, guest communications and check-in standards.
• Monitor housekeeping productivity, quality, and room readiness.
• Ensure PMS, OTA, direct booking, revenue and reporting discipline.
• Oversee labour control, rostering and productivity; manage safety and compliance.

Education

Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or related business discipline preferred
