Job summary

Accor in Perth is seeking an experienced Group Reservations Coordinator to take over after group confirmation, loading into Opera and managing the block from handover to departure. You will handle rooming lists, changes, and special requests within 24 hours, liaise with departments, manage loyalty for group guests, and produce routine reports.

The role requires 1–2 years in Front Office or Reservations and proficiency in Opera.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or Reservations.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Office and Opera is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage group reservations and group blocks in Opera from handover to departure.
• Load rooming lists into Opera within 24 hours of receipt and modify reservations as needed.
• Monitor cut-off dates, inventory, and wash of business; escalate issues to the Operations Manager/Director of Revenue.
• Liaise with departments to communicate group requirements and ensure clear communications for special requests.
• Manage loyalty memberships for group guests and ensure accurate recording on reservations.
• Prepare group information sheets and reports (e.g., group movements) for hotel stakeholders.
