Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty seeks a Group Reservations Agent to coordinate group bookings, allotments, and VIP requests while delivering high-level guest service. You will act as the main liaison for group inquiries, availability, rates, and terms, ensuring seamless check-ins and precise rooming lists.

The role involves coordinating with Organisers, providing quotes, and supporting FIT bookings with accurate data entry and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience, especially in reservations or groups.
• Strong customer service and client rapport skills.
• Familiarity with hotel features and local attractions.
• Accurate data entry and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Group enquiries, accommodation and event groups.
• Provide guests with information on room availability and rates.
• Be the main contact for groups, handling inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
• Allocate rooms based on preferences and regulations, monitor availability.
• Process payments securely and verify billing details.
• Suggest upgrades and fulfill guest requests to enhance stay.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest check-ins/outs.
• Resolve guest complaints related to reservations or billing.
