Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to lead security teams in Governance, Risk and Compliance within CyberCX. You will mentor consultants, provide direction and ensure delivery excellence while building client trust through clear communication.

You will drive client engagements from opportunity to delivery, manage risk across multiple domains, and partner with Sales and Marketing to advance security programs within Accenture's regional CyberCX practice.

Qualifications

• Citizenship or permanent residency in Australia.
• At least one major security certification (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA).
• Minimum of 5 years managing diverse ICT security projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage security risks with clients.
• Lead security projects within Governance, Risk and Compliance across cross-practice work.
• Prepare high‑quality reports with recommendations and solutions.
• Mentor teams to deliver complex projects with excellence.
• Support client relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate across CyberCX and align with Accenture values.
