Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager with deep Governance, Risk and Compliance expertise to lead security teams on complex cross-practice projects. You will mentor consultants, drive delivery excellence, and build client trust through clear communication and quality control.

The role involves end-to-end client engagement, opportunity qualification, and ongoing management of relationships across CyberCX service lines, aligning with Accenture's security-focused capabilities.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
• At least one major security certification (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor/Lead Implementor, PCI QSA).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience across diverse ICT projects and domains.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills for customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage security risks with customers.
• Lead a team delivering security projects within Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Prepare and present reports detailing security issues and recommendations.
• Mentor teams and develop delivery excellence across engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions and marketing to support activities.
