Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Manager GRC with deep governance, risk and compliance expertise to lead security teams on complex cross-practice projects.

You will mentor consultants, deliver high‑quality reports, and strengthen client relationships across engagements, guiding delivery with strategic planning and clear communication. Based in Adelaide, you will work with local and regional teams to advance security maturity.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility)
• At least one major security certification (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with a diverse range of cyber GRC and ICT projects
• Diplomatic, tactful, and empathic stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to build sustainable solutions
• High performing consultant with deep GRC knowledge for complex projects
• Attention to detail, proactive and organised

Responsibilities

• Work with our customer base to assist them in identifying and effectively managing security risks
• Lead a team to deliver security projects work package with team members in the Governance, Risk and Compliance domain and within cross-practice engagements
• Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues, making recommendations, and identifying solutions
• Lead, mentor and build high performing teams in complex deliveries and guide delivery excellence
• Contribute to the development of customer relationships through direct customer support and collaboration with Sales, Solutions and Marketing teams
• Demonstrate alignment with CyberCX values to peers and customers
• Collaborate across CyberCX to add value and facilitate cross-functional communication
