Accenture CyberCX unit is seeking a Manager GRC to lead governance, risk and compliance engagements across multiple domains in Australia. The role focuses on mentoring consultants, delivering complex security programs, and building trusted client relationships.

You will drive delivery excellence, identify opportunities, and align service lines with client needs while upholding CyberCX values and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least one major security certification (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with a diverse range of cyber GRC and ICT projects across multiple domains.
• Diplomatic, tactful stakeholder engagement and communication skills enabling development of customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to build scalable solutions and processes.
• Deep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance domain for complex projects.
• Ability to respond to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.
• Attention to detail, proactive and organised nature.

Responsabilités

• Work with our customer base to assist them in identifying and effectively managing security risks
• Lead a team to deliver security projects work package within Governance, Risk and Compliance and cross-practice engagements
• Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues, making recommendations, and identifying solutions
• Lead, mentor and build high performing teams in complex deliveries; guide delivery excellence
• Contribute to development of customer relationships through direct customer support and collaboration with Sales, Solutions and Marketing
• Demonstrate strong alignment with CyberCX values to peers and customers
• Collaborate across CyberCX to add value and improve service delivery
• Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to engage and service customers
