CyberCX, part of Accenture, Melbourne, Australia seeks a Manager with deep governance, risk and compliance knowledge to lead security teams and deliver complex engagement work packages. You will mentor consultants, guide projects from qualification to delivery, and build trusted client relationships across CyberCX service lines.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, 5+ years in ICT security, and recognised security certifications.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
• At least one major security certification (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with ICT security projects across multiple domains.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead security projects and cross-practice engagements within Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• Mentor and build high-performing teams, providing direction and quality control.
• Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues and recommendations.
• Develop customer relationships and support engagement opportunities across CyberCX service lines.
• Collaborate across CyberCX to add value and ensure delivery excellence.
