LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a proactive Graduate Sales Associate to help grow our customer base across small law firms. This entry-level, phone-based role involves speaking with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to LexisNexis legal technology solutions.

You'll learn how to prospect, open conversations, handle objections, identify sales opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.

Competenze

• You don't need years of experience. We're looking for potential, attitude and a genuine interest in sales.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, telesales or another customer-facing environment would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
• A legal background isn't required either. An interest in the legal sector or technology is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Make outbound calls to small law firms and introduce LexisNexis solutions.
• Speak with prospective customers to understand their business needs.
• Generate new sales opportunities through phone, email and targeted outreach.
• Follow up inbound leads and marketing campaigns.
• Qualify prospective customers and identify genuine opportunities.
• Book product demonstrations and appointments.
• Work with Business Development Managers to progress opportunities.
• Build your knowledge of legal technology, AI and professional sales.
• Use CRM and digital tools to manage your activity and pipeline.
• Use AI tools to help improve prospecting, productivity and customer engagement.
