LexisNexis is hiring an ambitious Graduate Sales Associate to join our team and help grow our customer base across small law firms. This entry-level, phone-based role focuses on prospecting, diagnosing client needs, and introducing LexisNexis legal technology solutions.

You’ll learn to open conversations, handle objections, qualify opportunities, and book product demonstrations. You'll work with experienced sales professionals to develop practical B2B sales skills, gain exposure to legal tech

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early in your career.
• Enjoys speaking with people and is comfortable picking up the phone.
• Motivated by goals, targets and achieving results.
• Interest in technology and AI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to small law firms and introducing LexisNexis solutions.
• Speaking with prospective customers to understand their business needs.
• Generating new sales opportunities through phone, email and targeted outreach.
• Following up inbound leads and marketing campaigns.
• Qualifying prospective customers and identifying genuine opportunities.
• Booking product demonstrations and appointments.
• Working with Business Development Managers to progress opportunities.
• Building knowledge of legal technology, AI and professional sales.
• Using CRM and digital tools to manage activity and pipeline.
• Using AI tools to help improve prospecting, productivity and customer engagement.
