LexisNexis is seeking a Graduate Sales Associate to help grow our customer base among small law firms across Australia. This entry-level, phone-based role focuses on understanding client needs and introducing LexisNexis legal technology solutions.

You'll learn prospecting, open conversations, handle objections, qualify opportunities, and book product demonstrations while building relationships with potential customers.

Qualifications

• You don't need prior corporate sales experience; potential, attitude and a genuine interest in sales matter.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Comfort with speaking on the phone and learning new technologies, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to small law firms and introducing LexisNexis solutions
• Speaking with prospective customers to understand their business needs
• Generating new sales opportunities through phone, email and targeted outreach
• Following up inbound leads and marketing campaigns
• Qualifying prospective customers and identifying genuine opportunities
• Booking product demonstrations and appointments
• Working with Business Development Managers to progress opportunities
• Building your knowledge of legal technology, AI and professional sales
• Using CRM and digital tools to manage your activity and pipeline
• Using AI tools to help improve prospecting, productivity and customer engagement
