Placements24 is seeking a motivated Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Queenstown. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to the full recruitment cycle.

You will source and screen candidates for graduate and entry‑level roles, coordinate interviews, and support consultants with research and admin, in a hybrid office/remote setup. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a relevant degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology) or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone manner.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work model.
• Basic understanding of MS Office Suite and eagerness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for graduate and entry-level positions.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments over the phone or via video calls.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
