Job summary

Lotus People is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Sydney to manage a fast-paced 360-degree recruitment desk focused on temporary placements across business support, HR, Marketing and project support.

You will build relationships with clients and candidates, post ads, interview, screen and source top talent in tight timeframes, and drive successful placements in a high-performance environment.

• Several years of experience in a 360-degree recruitment position.

• Managing an existing temporary pool of placed candidates.
• Taking job briefs, posting job ads, interviewing candidates and liaising with clients throughout the sourcing process.
• Reviewing applications and phone screening potential candidates.
• Using initiative to source high-quality candidates in very short time frames.
• Conducting regular check-ins with registered and placed candidates.
• Conducting reference checks and updating the CRM.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Building a strong business development strategy to target and win key clients.
• Sourcing and following leads to make calls to drive new business development.
• Meeting existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.

This is a 360-degree consultant role focused on the recruitment of temporary candidates within business support, HR, Marketing, and project support. We work with a number of industry sectors including education, health, commercial and FMCG.

About You

In order to be successful in this high-performing environment, you will be a self-starter, team-oriented in how you work, happy to recruit at a very fast pace, value relationships above all else and hold yourself to very high standards of work. A flair for administration, you will understand the importance of process within temporary recruitment, and bring with you a number of years of experience in a 360-degree recruitment position.
