This role requires a strategic thinker capable of overseeing and optimizing recruitment processes for clients across various industries and geographies. You will be responsible for leading recruitment initiatives, mentoring a remote team of consultants, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional talent acquisition solutions from anywhere. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of remote recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in various ATS, CRM systems, and advanced recruitment technologies.
