This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location in South Africa. You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes for a variety of clients, sourcing exceptional candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across various industries for multiple clients.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a broad range of candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruitment data in the ATS.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills using various platforms and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
