Job summary

Symbio, part of the Aussie Broadband Group, is seeking a Graduate Business Analyst to join our Wholesale Operations team in Sydney. Commencing on 9 February 2027, the program offers hands‑on experience in business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and IT Service Management (ITSM) within a supportive environment.

In this role you will partner with stakeholders across Wholesale Operations to identify inefficiencies, prioritise opportunities, and deliver practical solutions

Qualifications

• Recent completion of a degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to document processes, findings, and recommendations clearly.
• Previous internship, work experience, or exposure to Business Analysis or Software Engineering.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Process mapping or process improvement experience.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions across people, process, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes, workflows, systems, and ways of working to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Technology, and Wholesale Operations Support teams.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Assist in defining future‑state processes and solutions.
• Support improvements to ITSM tools, operational workflows, knowledge management, and reporting capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process review sessions.
• Monitor and measure the success of implemented improvements.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
• Support operational readiness, project delivery, and transition activities.
