Symbio, part of the Aussie Broadband Group, is looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join our Wholesale Operations team in Sydney. Commencing on 9 February 2027, the graduate program offers hands-on experience in business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and ITSM in a hybrid Sydney role.

Qualifications

• Recent degree completion in a relevant field.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Process mapping or process improvement experience.
• Understanding of ITSM principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions across people, process, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes, workflows, systems, and ways of working to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Technology, and Wholesale Operations Support teams.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Assist in defining future‑state processes and solutions.
• Support improvements to ITSM tools, operational workflows, knowledge management, and reporting capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and process review sessions.
• Monitor and measure the success of implemented improvements.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
• Support operational readiness, project delivery, and transition activities.
• Follow a structured development pathway with mentoring, professional development opportunities and clear milestones designed to accelerate your growth.
• Participate in graduate program workshops, networking opportunities and development sessions alongside other graduates across the business.
