Symbio, part of the Aussie Broadband Group, invites applications for a Graduate Customer Solutions Engineer in Melbourne. You will join a hybrid team and gain hands-on experience solving real customer problems from day one. The program includes mentoring, structured development milestones and exposure to enterprise telecom solutions.

You’ll learn about fibre, NBN, VoIP, CPE, security and data centre services while collaborating with senior engineers to design tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Are you graduating in 2026 or have you recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, or a related discipline?
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Senior Customer Solutions Engineers to design and deliver tailored telecommunications and networking solutions.
• Learn enterprise-grade technologies such as NBN, fibre, CPE, VoIP, porting, data centre services, security and IP networking.
• Work with customers to understand business and technical requirements and support delivery of solutions.
• Contribute to solution design, product evaluations and technical research while growing consulting skills.
• Support customer implementations, hypercare and handover activities for a seamless experience.
• Develop troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities alongside experienced professionals.
• Explore AI, automation and cloud technologies and their application in telecoms.
• Participate in a structured development pathway with mentoring and milestones.
