Symbio, part of the Aussie Broadband Group, invites applications for a Graduate Customer Experience (CX) Coordinator based in Sydney. Start date: 9 February 2027. You will gain hands-on CX experience, learning from professionals and contributing to customer outcomes in a collaborative setting.

You’ll help improve CX across the Symbio Wholesale Division, building a foundation for a career in customer experience, insights and service improvement. Hybrid office/remote work available in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, UX, Product Design, Service Design, Business or related field completed within the last two years.
• Exposure to CX, CS, retail, internships or projects is valued.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse and interpret customer feedback and CX data to identify trends and insights.
• Assist in enhancing brand, products, services and support.
• Contribute to initiatives that meet business goals and CX KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Symbio business.
• Support projects that drive improvements for customers.
• Assist with customer research activities and surveys.
