Job summary

AUD Build, the residential construction brand of Australian Urban Direct iBuying Pty Ltd, is seeking a commercially driven General Manager to lead our partner channel across architectural and building design practices, real estate agencies and property developers in Sydney.

You will build a scalable partner strategy, establish trusted relationships, and drive referrals, proposals and project handovers with our design and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing B2B partnerships and referral channels.
• Strong network with architects, designers, real estate agents or developers.
• Excellent commercial judgement and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in CRM, pipeline forecasting and measurably improving performance.
• Ability to communicate clearly with partners and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events across Greater Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Sydney partner acquisition and growth strategy.
• Identify decision-makers and build trusted relationships through meetings and events.
• Create tailored partnership propositions for design practices, agencies and developers.
• Establish repeatable referral and partner arrangements with clear expectations.
• Maintain momentum from referral to proposal, contract and handover.
• Build a CRM pipeline covering target accounts and outcomes.
• Set and report channel KPIs and forecast pipeline.
• Represent AUD Build at industry events and develop marketing materials.
• Define scalable partnership processes and align with leadership on priorities.
