Job summary

CGC Recruitment seeks a well-connected Business Development Manager to work directly with the Director and drive growth across NSW area. This is not a traditional, office-bound BD role; you will be out in the market building relationships and opening doors to genuine project opportunities.

You'll leverage an established NSW network across developers, architects and client-side teams, joining a business with strong estimating and delivery capabilities to shape a scalable BD function with flexible

Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships across construction, development, design and client-side markets
• Leverage existing network to generate genuine project opportunities
• Identify upcoming construction projects before market hit and secure tender opportunities
• Introduce opportunities for the estimating team and prepare the path to bids
• Strengthen relationships for repeat work and grow the company presence in NSW
• Collaborate with the Director on growth strategy and market expansion
